To be eligible for the Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country you wish to register in, or have a pending trademark filing through the Amazon IP Accelerator.

The Brand Registry also accepts brands whose trademarks are pending registration with a subset of trademark offices. Your brand’s trademark should be in the form of a text mark or graphic mark with words, letters or numbers.

Depending on where your trademark is registered, suitable trademarks may be classified differently depending on the issuing office. Examples of trademarks that we currently accept for registration are below:

The Brand Registry is not affiliated with any of these offices; please do not contact them for information on the Brand Registry. Updates to the brand registry compliance criteria will be posted on this page.

If you are an authorized agent, ask the trademark owner to register the brand first and add your account as an additional user. If you qualify to participate, please sign in using your existing merchant or Vendor Central credentials.
